LiveStyled has developed the official O2 Academy mobile app and works alongside both O2 and Academy Music Group to drive app usage at all stages of the customer's gig experience. The newly launched app features a Bars and Merch tab whereby users can take advantage of exclusive discounts on both drinks and merchandise and make cashless purchases using Paypal or card.

About the job

LiveStyled is looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead our in-venue operations at the O2 Academies at O2 Academies nationwide. As a Team leader at LiveStyled, you will be responsible for the training and at-show management of sales staff in your region, ensuring that staff are fully briefed and that pre-set at-show purchasing targets are met by your team. You'll be expected to lead from the front at-show, engaging with customers, getting them using the app and setting the tone for your team's performance.

We are looking for team leads in Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham and Southampton.

About you:

You're smart, engaging and have great sales skills. You have a natural ability to motivate and drive your team forward, regardless of the tech-friendly nature of the audience. You're comfortable in a customer-facing role representing a premium brand and you understand the expectations of customers within this environment. You're either a student with a great working background, or an ambitious team leader looking for a part-time challenge.

Pay and benefits

Successful candidates will receive:

- £8.50p/h – an average of 10 hours per week (Including 3 shows and any additional

required hours).

- A monthly £20 bonus if we hit our targets at 75% of shows that month.

- A free entrance to stay at the show which you are working.
