A rewarding vacancy has opened up in an Enfield based tuition centre for an after school tutor. Applicants should have an A level in Maths. Role includes prepping children for 11+ maths exams. Lesson plans and modules are all already planned and organised. The candidate just needs to come in and support the children as they work though the various worksheets.
Wise On Time is a small company set up to encourage children to reach their full potential by supporting children as they embark on their journey of independent learning.
For two hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm-7pm, during term time, you will be required to support children as they work through maths worksheets of varying levels.
The study groups are small and vary from 2-6 children. There are two study groups per day, (Tues Weds Thurs 5pm - 7pm).
Candidates must have an A level in Maths.
Experience working with children/working towards a qualification in teaching is preferable but this is not mandatory.
Training will be given and there is the opportunity to move into a senior role/increase hours.
