On Board Hospitality
As part of the professional onboard team you would be expected to deliver the highest quality service to all our passengers.
What are you going to do:
Working in a carriage of up to 42 guests you would provide support in all aspects of front of house hospitality, including silver service.
Great time-keeping/ punctuality/attendance and reliability
Excellent guest service interaction skills
Flexible with working hours, available weekends, and bank holidays
Happy to lodge in hotels when required
Sufficient knowledge/experience in a front of house role
