What are you going to do:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about research and looking to gain hands-on experience in the property industry. The Student Researcher will assist in various research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Researching land and property ownership across various regions
- Finding property and land opportunities around the UK
- Compiling and organizing information accurately
- Drafting and sending letters to property and landowners
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Interest in property and land is a plus (but not essential)
- Proficient in basic computer tools (Word, Excel, internet research)
