What are you going to do:
Supporting and supervising and providing particular
welfare/personal/hygiene/medical/therapeutic support for children with
SEN and ensure their safety.
● Assisting with promoting inclusion by establishing constructive
relationships with children and interacting with them according to their
individual needs and by assisting in the implementation of the nursery’s
additional and different provision map
● Encouraging children’s interactions and engagement with
activities.
● Assisting with the development and implementation of individual
education/behaviour plans and personal care programmes and
providing specific support.
● Providing cover for members of staff, if required.
● Monitoring and recording children’s progress and report as
required.
