Role Summary:
You will deliver our innovative, adapted sports sessions to diverse groups of participants. You'll receive training and support to confidently lead sessions and adapt them to individual needs. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to schedule sessions around your other commitments.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging adapted sport sessions to participants of varying abilities in a variety of settings (care homes, community centres, rehabilitation units, even libraries!).
- Adapt session delivery to meet the unique needs of each participant, ensuring safety and maximizing enjoyment.
- Support participants, encouraging physical, cognitive, and social improvements.
- Collaborate with your Manager and colleagues to plan and deliver impactful programs.
- Travel to various session locations. Note – Full driving license required.
- Utilise basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) for virtual meetings, communication etc.
