Horizon Teachers is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic Primary school in Hatfield. In this role, you’ll support teachers in delivering dynamic lessons, assist students with their learning, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students both inside and outside the classroom
• Assist students with diverse learning needs, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to thrive.
• Help with lesson planning, classroom organisation, and maintaining an engaging learning environment
