LEGAL COUNSEL - CASH MANAGEMENT LEGAL TEAM WITHIN CORPORATE BANKING

The role involves providing legal advice on cash management products and services, supporting product development, regulatory changes, and transaction structuring. Key tasks include drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on multi-jurisdictional regulatory risks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance while fostering innovation.

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Lawyer (or equivalent)
• Experience in cash management/payments law
• Background in financial services (private practice or in-house)
• Strong regulatory knowledge and contract negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a high workload and collaborate effectively

SALARY C £110,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
