Call handlers/customer service - Temp summer role in Angel, London

What are you going to do

Are you customer service focused? Enjoy working in busy fast paced environments? Have a good phone manner?

Bunker 48 are looking for people to be the first point of contact for our customers who will be calling in with technical issues. You'll need to be able to quickly and efficiently get key information from the caller that our technical team will use to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

You may be asked to do other admin related tasks, but your priority will be managing incoming calls.

We're interested in hiring students for the summer, as we're trialing some new things. If it goes well there may be opportunities for permanent positions.
