If you have a strong network across operators who run multiple sites and you enjoy opening doors, driving commercial conversations, introducing value-added services that genuinely help merchants — this role offers the perfect platform to make a significant impact.
The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for driving the adoption of a new value-adding payment acceptance solution across the UK’s Retail & Hospitality sectors, with a particular focus on Hotels, Restaurants, and Food & Beverage.
The role requires someone who can build a robust pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and convert opportunities through a direct-to-merchant approach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and qualifying a pipeline of new opportunities within hospitality and retail, especially franchise groups and multi-site operators.
- Engaging senior decision-makers (including C-suite) with compelling business cases and presentations.
- Developing smart prospecting and engagement strategies across both warm and cold channels.
- Owning and orchestrating the entire sales process — from first outreach to final contract.
- Driving new prospecting activity and self-generating commercial opportunities.
- Leveraging existing relationships, referrals, and your own network to accelerate adoption.
- Acting as the key point of contact for both merchants and internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need-
- A strong network across franchise groups, multi-site operators, restaurant brands, or hotel chains.
- Proven experience in commercial / sales / business development roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence delivering proposals to senior leadership teams.
- A track record of constructing persuasive business cases.
- Experience negotiating and executing commercial deals.
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and drive.
Who This Role Will Really Suit:
- Someone already well connected in the hospitality ecosystem.
- A natural relationship-builder who can influence at senior levels.
- A proactive networker who thrives on opening new doors.
- A commercially curious individual who enjoys presenting value-added solutions.
- A self-starter who can build and own their pipeline.
