This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive innovation, ensure exceptional teaching and assessment standards, and empower learners to reach their full potential.



What You’ll Do

  • Deliver flexible, learner-focused HR, L&D, and Leadership & Management qualifications to the highest standards.
  • Ensure quality targets are met through efficient curriculum delivery and robust assessment practices.
  • Lead digitisation projects, enhance our Virtual Learning Environment.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor programme effectiveness, learner progression, and compliance.
  • Provide supportive leadership to Programme Managers and collaborate with apprenticeship teams.
  • Report on programme outcomes, achievement rates, and resource needs to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Work with learner support teams to create a market-leading engagement approach.
  • Ensure compliance with CIPD frameworks and relevant apprenticeship standards.


What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Previous experience managing CIPD programmes.
  • Desirable: Working knowledge of Moodle.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Results-driven, motivated, and passionate about inspiring learners.
