DescriptionThe Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for two Compliance Administators to join our Compliance and Incident Management team in Glasgow. Internally, the roles are titled Data Access Control Officer & Data Loss & Insider Threat Officer.
The purpose of each role is to safeguard our clients' information and protect the firm by improving data loss prevention & investigating potential insider threats.
These roles provide a fantastic opportunity to join a global team, playing a key role in the firm's wider Risk & Compliance function.
Both roles are full time, permanent opportunities, based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintain the firm's information barrier system to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
- Grant legal and business users access to confidential matters on a case-by-case basis in line with client requirements and conflict conditions
- Conduct routine checks and audits of Risk & Compliance systems regularly and as needed
- Escalate suspected incidents in accordance with firm policy and client requirements
- Monitor for high-risk behaviours and anomalous user activity in compliance with local privacy and employment laws, triaging findings, and escalating appropriately
- Advise internal stakeholders on procedures, system behaviour, and control intent
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management; comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
