Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Virtual Services
Xyla, (part of Acacium Group)
Remote working style with occasional travel to our UK offices.
Permanent, Full time (3 x 12 hour shifts on a Rota basis).
£50,000-£55,000 (Depending on experience) plus an amazing benefits package!
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our dynamic Digital Care Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery through innovative digital solutions.
You’ll collaborate with Specialist Registrars, Consultants, and a multidisciplinary team, working at the forefront of digital healthcare innovation. About the Role
In this role, you will:
Provide expert clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans via eConsultations and telephone-based services.
Ensure seamless continuity of care across our practices.
Collaborate closely with Specialist Registrars, Consultants, and the wider clinical team to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
Actively engaging with virtual platforms and contributing to the evolution of remote care pathways through clinical insight and innovation.

- Proven experience working autonomously in an advanced nursing role.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions independently.
- Experience in prescribing medications and conducting medication reviews.
- Skilled in managing patients with long-term and complex conditions.
- Experience in nurse-led triage and case management.

Experience We’re Looking For
- Registered nurse or other advanced practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Independent Prescriber qualification.
