This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding academic or practitioner to join a highly professional and motivated team to teach across our nursing programmes. The School of Nursing and Midwifery has a reputation for contemporary and innovative Nursing and Midwifery provision. The focus of this post is on the delivery of our pre-registration portfolio, including BSc and apprenticeship provision. The post holder will be expected to teach a range of core subjects and should have a flexible approach to the subject material they teach. The post holder will therefore be committed to promoting academic enquiry, helping develop critical thinking in students by supporting safe, effective, and evidence-based practice. By providing expert knowledge, you will lead agreed modules, assess students, and supervise projects. The post holder should be able to draw upon their own subject knowledge to design teaching sessions that maximise the integration of theory into practice.
