 Join a fast-growing international football pathways company in a pivotal operations role.

219 Sports is expanding rapidly across the UK, Europe, and the United States. We deliver elite football showcase tours, international camps, and long-term development pathways for student-athletes. We are now seeking a Tour Operations & Partnerships Associate to take ownership of our tour delivery and UK partnerships.

This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments.

The Role

You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of 219 Sports tours while helping develop and maintain strong relationships with UK clubs, universities, and football partners.

This role is UK-based with remote working, nationwide and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

⚽ Tour Operations & Delivery

  • Help plan and deliver multiple UK & international showcase tours
  • Manage itineraries, travel, accommodation, transport, facilities, and matches
  • Coordinate players, parents, coaches, and partner organisations
  • Oversee pre-tour documentation, briefings, safeguarding, and risk assessments
  • Support on-tour delivery and live operations
  • Manage suppliers, budgets, and tour logistics reporting

 UK Partnerships & Presentations

  • Maintain and grow relationships with football clubs and universities
  • Visit partner clubs and facilities across the UK
  • Deliver in-person presentations and meetings
  • Support the development of club & academy tour partnerships

 Operations & Systems

  • Develop standard operating procedures for tours
  • Support insurance, safeguarding, and compliance processes
  • Track tour budgets, invoices, and key suppliers
  • Act as the UK operations lead supporting wider 219 Sports programs

About You

✅ Confidence dealing with parents, players, coaches, and partners

✅ A proactive, solution-focused mindset

✅ The ability to travel across the UK as required

✅ A genuine passion for football and youth development

Coaching, academy, or international program experience is a bonus but not essential.
