What are you going to do:
Main duties and responsibilities
Working across One City LDN and The City Centre to support Digital Media Manager in delivering high quality social media campaigns and events around the City.
Tasks will include;
- Creating content for social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and more).
- Creating and update content for the One City and The City Centre websites.
- Documenting the food, art and music events in the City via Instagram stories and photography.
- Conducting Influencer research and outreach tasks.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with day to day tasks.
- Undertaking other research tasks as required e.g. new partnership opportunities, marketing platforms, benchmarking, professional networks etc.
- Aiding with One City events planning where possible. This will include working with tools such as Eventbrite and Splash, planning events, reconnaissance and general customer service.
- Monitoring and responding to partner and collaboration enquiries via phone and email.
- Aiding with newsletter content and reporting.
- All other accompanying administration as required including; ordering materials and resources, update budgets and help process invoices, write and send emails to partners and influencers etc.
- Updating the One City LDN contacts database from time to time.
