Job description

We are hiring for a Hands-on Maintenance role keeping our site safe, compliant, and looking its best. Varied work, real responsibility, and visible impact. Mobile role with a Company Van provided

What You’ll Do

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance
• Complete minor works and site improvements
• Inspect buildings and report issues
• Oversee contractors and quality of work
• Keep the site compliant with H&S standards
• Maintain grounds and external areas
• Respond to faults, breakdowns, and emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• Practical maintenance or facilities experience
• Proactive, reliable, and organised
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

This role covers the following areas and is offered on a fixed term contract.

You will need an enhanced DBS and/or need to be able to pass one.
