BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN AT ELITE ADMISSIONS (REMOTE, EMEA)


Start date: February 2026 (flexible)

Duration: 3-6 months (extendable up to 12 months)

Hours: Part-time (15–25h/week) or full-time (35–40h/week)

Location: Remote (EMEA). Offices in Dubai and San Francisco are available.


We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work side by side with our founders (Ghali & Houcine) across the entire commercial journey, from sourcing and qualifying leads to booking calls and supporting conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage an outbound pipeline (primarily LinkedIn; other channels when relevant).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects (timing, budget, program fit).
  • Schedule and coordinate calls (Google Meet) and ensure smooth handoff to the team.
  • Run follow-ups and keep prospects moving through the process.
  • Maintain accurate tracking (CRM/tracker), and share weekly activity + results.
  • Improve outreach scripts and document what works (messaging, sequencing, targeting).
  • Optional (based on skills): support delivery work such as mock interviews, SOP/essay reviews, CV feedback, and structured checklists.


‍‍ REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written and spoken English. French is a plus.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and direct conversations with prospects.
  • Reliable follow-up habits and clear written communication.
  • Comfortable working with performance targets (activity + outcomes).
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup and stay consistent week to week.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior experience in sales, recruiting, partnerships, campus leadership, or community building.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and basic pipeline management.
  • Interest in startups, consulting, sales, education, or career services.
