Course Sales Executive

Department: Training Sales

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in London office

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £26,000 – £31,000 + OTE £8,000 – £10,000

Role Overview

As a Course Sales Executive, you will engage and enrol self-funded learners onto a variety of digital and professional training programmes. You will guide learners through the full sales journey—from initial enquiry to enrolment—while providing ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.

This is a target-driven role for a proactive, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people progress in their careers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve KPIs including calls, webinars, meetings, and enrolments
  • Build and maintain strong learner relationships
  • Engage and convert inbound leads from enquiries, job boards, and referrals
  • Present and sell training programmes confidently
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional courses
  • Manage the full enrolment process accurately and compliantly
  • Maintain CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns
  • Support learner retention through proactive communication
  • Contribute to team and organisational objectives


Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in B2C sales or a similar target-driven role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success meeting KPIs and working to structured processes
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Confident, professional, and engaging approach
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and solutions-focused

Desirable:

  • Experience in education, training, or work-based learning

General Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
  • Strong team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
