Sales Executive – Private Dining & Events
London | Full-Time | Luxury Hospitality
Base £35,000 plus very competitive commission structure
We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury private dining and events business operating across two distinctive London venues, known for their botanical-inspired interiors, intimate dining experiences, and high-profile celebrations. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Executive who understands how to sell experiences, not just spaces, and thrives in a high-touch, client-focused environment.

The Role
As Sales Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales journey, from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.
You’ll be the first point of contact, responsible for converting leads into revenue while delivering a seamless, premium client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound enquiries (email, phone, digital platforms) with speed and professionalism
- Qualify leads and coordinate site visits / virtual tours
- Create tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Drive conversions through consistent follow-up
- Manage CRM systems and maintain an accurate pipeline
- Collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams
- Monitor deposits and payment schedules
- Ensure smooth event handover to delivery teams
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Represent the brand to the highest standard at all times
Speed matters – fast response times and strong communication are critical to success in this role.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in events sales or luxury hospitality
- Background in hotels or high-end venues preferred
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C sales
- Confident and polished telephone communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Target-driven with a focus on revenue growth
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
Note: Phone-based communication skills will be assessed during the interview process.

Contract Details:
- Full-time (40 hours, 5 days per week)
