UK Summer Camp - Dorm & Activity Leader

What are you going to do:

• Plan and run safe and fun activities for groups of children (particularly in your areas of strength and interest, e.g. sport, media, drama or art)
• Staff will ensure that campers experience a range of exciting, age appropriate and fulfilling activities
• Interact and communicate with children, staff and possibly parents, and adapt to difficult situations
• Oversee daily routines such as meal supervision, wake up and lights out
• Build a good rapport with the campers, especially those in your dorm
• Supervise groups on excursions
• Address emotional & behavioural issues sensitively
• You must be committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people
