Waiter’s needed for stunning new opening restaurant from globally recognised restaurant group.

PRS Recruitment is currently representing a world-renowned, luxury restaurant group for the opening of a flagship dining destination set to be one of the most exciting launches in the industry this year. With a clear ambition to achieve Michelin accolades, our client is seeking exceptional Front of House talent to join the founding team.

Position: Waiter

Location: Flagship Luxury Restaurant (New Opening)

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 45 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off

Salary: £14–£16 per hour + Tronc + Cash Tips

The Role

As a Waiter in this flagship opening, you will be at the heart of a high-profile, fast-paced, and detail-driven dining experience. You will play a key role in setting the standard for service from day one, helping to shape the culture and reputation of the restaurant.

This is not a standard role—this is an opportunity to be part of a founding team in a venue aiming for excellence at the highest level of hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

Our client is seeking individuals who thrive in premium dining environments and understand the expectations of luxury service.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in high-end or fine dining hospitality
• Confidence in being a key face of the business
• Ability to integrate into and contribute to a new opening team
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, evolving environment
