The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Management Trainee to join our Glasgow based team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates looking to gain real world experience in sales and develop the foundational skills required for future progression.

You will work in a customer facing environment, engaging directly with customers, representing our brand, and supporting team activities. Through structured training, you will develop skills in sales, customer engagement, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face to promote products and services
• Deliver clear and professional presentations tailored to customer needs
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
• Learn and apply sales, communication, and leadership techniques
• Contribute to individual and team performance targets
• Support team coordination and day to day activities
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements

• Recent graduate (or equivalent qualification)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a customer facing role
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
