As a Customer Experience Lead, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In summary, you will be the person to help deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will welcome visitors into the restaurant and give them a lasting memory from your hello to your goodbye. Activities will also include; engaging with families, handing out balloons, looking after customers' specific needs, follow up on high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It will be your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager and team informed about customer satisfaction. As a Customer Experience Lead you will be a part of helping the restaurant “make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone”
You will also take part in the planning and implementation of children's parties, coffee mornings, children's competitions and charity events organised by your restaurant.

You’ll need to be confident in approaching and dealing with diverse groups of people. Friendly, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. You’ll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of service as well as cleanliness. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential. Finally, your appearance should be smart and tidy.
