TIC Recruitment is excited to announce the new collaboration with International Schools Partnership (ISP) supporting Language Graduates and helping them secure teaching assistant positions at international schools in Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica and Malaysia.
The main purpose of the GLA is to work as a full time member of support staff at the School, assisting in day to day teaching and learning of the children under the direction and supervision of a fully qualified teacher.
The GLA will be asked to help and support the teaching, learning and development of children and provide extra curricular activity support. It is likely though that you would have your own class as your responsibility grows over the course of the year.

Candidates do NOT need to have previous teaching experience.
Successful candidate must be single and travelling alone.
For Spain, Mexico and Costa Rica, Spanish skills are extremely desirable. For Malaysia, Malay or Chinese is extremely desirable.
The packages include full visa support, accommodation (or accommodation allowance), flights, medical, an induction scheme and a salary of approximately 700-1000EUR per month. 1 year contracts are given and are open to be extended at the end of the first year. Previously there have been GLA's who have extended their contracts and attained full-time teaching positions at the schools.
