What are you going to do:

The Role As an Activity Leader, you are the energy behind our social programme. You will lead international students in dynamic activities ranging from high-stakes sports to creative drama workshops and our signature "One-Take Movie" track. This is a fast-paced, residential environment where your leadership directly shapes the student experience.

Global Impact & International Mix You will work with a diverse mix of students from across the globe, fostering cultural exchange and building student confidence through active learning. We are looking for "Engagement Specialists" who can turn a simple walk into an educational adventure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Leadership: Lead daily activities and high-energy evening social events with minimal supervision.

  • Adventure Management: Manage student safety and engagement during 8-hour excursions to major UK landmarks.

  • Cultural Ambassadorship: Model professional behavior and English language use for an international team and student body.

  • Specialist Delivery: Facilitate specialized tracks in drama, music, robotics, arts or media (background in these areas is a major plus).

Contractual & Financial Logistics:

  • Salary: £650.00 – £700.00 Gross Weekly Pay (Level 1), including itemized holiday pay.

  • Optional Residential Package: For staff choosing to live on-site, a combined accommodation and full-board meals package is available via a fixed deduction of £250 per week.

  • Working Pattern: 48 hours per week with at least one full day off guaranteed.

  • Compliance: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (or international equivalent) and two professional references.
