Band 3 Healthcare Assistant – Faversham Community Nursing Team As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant you will work as part of a team to keep patients safe and well at home, in care homes or other settings.Responsibilities Provide care to local patients and families as part of the care plan set by local nursing teams.Monitor and report on the quality of care received by patients.Provide feedback to managers on quality of care.Carry out care plans designed to support people living at home, in care homes or other settings and ensure a good patient experience.Qualifications and Requirements Full UK driving licence or an equivalent licence issued by an EU country if driving is required.Equal Opportunity We welcome applications from people with varied backgrounds, perspectives and experiences.
