Trainee Researcher in the industry division

What are you going to do:

We place candidates on a permanent, contract and interim basis in Accountancy & Finance, Banking & financial services, Executive search, Human resources, Technology, Legal, Procurement & supply chain, Projects, Secretarial and business support, Tax and treasury.

We are currently looking for an intern researcher to join our French team based in Lyon for 6 months

If you are interested in the recruitment field, or you want to increase your knowledge of the finance/Engineering/healthcare/IT environment this internship is made for you.

Main responsibilities :

• Using job boards and social media to source candidates, you will be responsible for reviewing CVs and matching to the job descriptions.
• Supporting the office and especially the engineering team you will be learning about
  various industries and job roles
• Following detailed job briefs, you will strategically source strong candidates and qualify their suitability, then providing excellent shortlists to consultants and managers.
• Interviewing and assessing suitability via phone for numerous candidates
