What is Digify?

Digify is the industry leading paid training and placement programme that partners with brilliant brands to address the lack of diversity in the digital and creative industry.

This year we've partnered with Sky and are supported by the Mayor of London to give the best and brightest creative and analytical minds the opportunity to kickstart a career in 3 super innovative business areas at Sky - Media, Digital and Communications.

As part of the programme you will get 2 months of intensive training, at youth-led creative network Livity, and gain the knowledge and skills you need to begin a role in one of the 3 areas above.
You'll then jump straight into 6 month placements at Sky where you'll use all the hard skills and knowledge you've gained through the training in exciting entry level roles. You'll get the opportunity to use your innovative thinking and knowledge of digital marketing to champion new ideas that help Sky stay connected to young audiences, while being supported to continually develop in your role day-to-day.

Who are we looking for?

We're particularly interested in people aged 18-24 from minority backgrounds looking to break into the creative and digital industries. Specific experience isn't essential. We're more interested in hearing about your skills, interests and side projects.

  • Training and placement are paid at London living wage

  • This is a full-time programme starting 13th August for 8 months

What we ask

  • At least finished high school
