Junior Sous Chef | Yauatcha Soho

Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the leadership of our kitchen in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dishes while developing and inspiring a talented team within a world-class brand.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a quality kitchen environment
• Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is essential
• A genuine passion for Chinese cuisine and working with quality ingredients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, coach and develop junior chefs
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a bus kitchen section
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to consistency and presentation
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen best practices
• A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
