Do you have extensive experience in compliance specifically within an education environment?

Do you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle?

Do you live across the South Midlands or Southern England?


My client, a fast-growing specialist education group, is looking for a Schools Compliance Officer to lead and implement a robust compliance project across multiple sites across the South of England.

Reporting to the Group Head of People and working with individual schools, this is a hands-on role, where you will audit, advise and improve compliance practices across the group. You will work closely with leaders and administration teams to ensure records are accurate, processes are robust, and everything compliance related is watertight including the Single Central Register.


Core Duties:

  • Safer recruitment and safeguarding compliance (KCSIE)
  • Single Central Record / Register (SCR) audits and improvement
  • Right to Work and visa compliance
  • Training and supporting multi-site teams
  • Driving consistency and best practice across the group


We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence interpreting guidance, and the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the education sector combined is essential.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS OFFERED ON A 6 MONTH FTC AND THE SALARY WILL BE PRO-RATA TO REFLECT.


You must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to comfortably travel to schools across Southern England.
