Research & Executive Assistant (Geopolitics, Tech & Book Project)

Conduct desk research, media monitoring, and background drafting on geopolitics, defense technology, AI, and international relations. Assist with calendar coordination, daily scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.

What are you going to do:

Journalist, author, former war reporter, wheelchair user, and British Army Reservist Captain Peter Apps is seeking an adaptable Research & Executive Assistant to provide immediate support for a major new book project and wider executive initiatives.

The primary focus is his upcoming book, “BATTLE FOR THE WORLD: The New Long Fights of the Drone and AI Age.” This role requires a blend of high-level research, administrative coordination, and logistical support, including potential coverage at upcoming political party conferences and international travel.

Note: This is strictly an executive, administrativ
