As part of the apprenticeship programme, you will gainhands-on experience, learn essential kitchen skills, and receive on-the-jobtraining to build your confidence and knowledge.

Theideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food, a strong work ethic, theability to work in a fast-paced environment, keeping up with the demand of busyperiods and communicate well with staff, students, and visitors. As your skillsdevelop, you'll play an increasingly important role in delivering ahigh-quality catering service.

As part of theapprenticeship, you will be working towards a Level 2 Production Chefqualification. You will be required to attend Exeter College one day a week,you will have a skills assessor from the college who will also visit you in thecafe.
