As Assistant General Manager will be required to lead and motivate the full venue while overseeing the junior management team and their departments. Key Accountabilities as an Assistant General Manager:

\u00B7Working closely with the General Manager as a key figure within the restaurant and overall running of the team & restaurant

\u00B7Maintain responsibility with the General Manager for leading, inspiring, and motivating the team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty

\u00B7Ensure managers and their teams are supported via coaching and training.

\u00B7Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, acting as a figurehead for the restaurant and driving improved productivity, turnover, and profitability

\u00B7Identify business opportunities which provide greatest return on investment aligned with company strategy
