Food preparation and service in busy dynamic event catering business. We provide first class mobile vegetarian cuisine catering, and mobile bars, based in County Durham and North Yorkshire.
We are looking for a passionate individual, who wants to work as part of an experienced and busy team. Helping to deliver top quality locally sourced vegetarian food, and English Sparkling Wine at a range of events, large and small scale.
The ideal candidate will have:
An interest in food and food networks
An interest in sustainability
An interest in delivering events at a high level
Experience a bonus but not essential
Clean UK drivers licence
Responsibilities include:
Food preparation alongside trained staff
Loading of vans and mobile units for events
Driving to and from events
Cleaning and maintenance of mobile units and kitchen
Customer service (including alcohol service)
