What are you going to do:
Responsible for delivering attentive, professional, and courteous service to guests in a dynamic hospitality environment. Duties include welcoming and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely service. You will serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
A key part of the role is creating a positive and memorable dining experience by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to guest needs. This includes handling requests, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
You will also maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, reset tables, and support overall operations. Working closely with kitchen and bar teams, you will ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
